Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Used, damaged, or altered items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
